In addition to high profile cases like the Microsoft Antitrust appeal in 2000, NDS has prepared e-briefs for submittal to courts in complex and high-stakes cases all across the country. And we recently completed a pilot program with the 2nd California Court of Appeal, in which we were chosen to prepare e-briefs for over 100 criminal cases. The project, which included meetings with counsel for both appellants and respondents as well as court staff, provided us with an invaluable opportunity to further refine our automated software and streamline our processes and procedures.
